Vegetable pasta with mussels
This dish is perfect not only to those who hold the post but for all those who simply watch their diet and figure)

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    500 g

  • Spaghetti

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

Very finely chop the onion, I crushed it in the blender and spread on a heated pan with olive oil.

Mussels defrosted and thoroughly washed, it is very important, as they can be pieces of shells. The mussels spread into the pan and add some water.

Once the water is boiling, add the tomato paste, garlic and spices. I put salt, red pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, half a teaspoon of marjoram, a teaspoon of ground dried pepper.

Soy milk powder is diluted with 4 tbsp hot water. Pour the milk mixture into the mussels. Bring to boil, cover and remove from heat.

Cook the spaghetti. I add when cooking a teaspoon of olive oil. The pasta should be slightly hard.
