Soak gelatine in milk and leave for 30 min to swell. Swollen gelatin is heated to complete dissolution, but do not boil. In a hot solution of gelatine to enter the sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Cheese putbit blender or RUB through a sieve. Sour cream in a bowl and mix with gelatin solution. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream & gelatin mixture and mix well until smooth. Pour the obtained cheese-sour cream-same latinoboy the mixture into the prepared ramekins, put in a cool place until gelling. The dessert is very tasty, can be done in different layer, here I have 1 with the addition of cocoa and another layer of clean. You can also add inside the berry or fruit and pour into molds at each other as they harden
