Orange pancake cake
Very tender, flavorful, juicy and easy cake for Breakfast, or even a festive table! The Foundation took the recipe of the well-known blogger kate grigoryeva.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

First of all, prepare the dough for pancakes. For this recipe, perfect tight, curvy, not too thin pancakes. I suggest to prepare a "perforated" buttermilk pancakes. In a deep bowl, beat into a soft mousse one egg with salt. Will proseem flour and introduce kefir. Gently mix until smooth with no lumps.

In half a Cup of boiling water add half a teaspoon of baking soda and quickly mix. Inject the water into the batter, quickly stirring with a whisk. Make some pancakes in a pan with a thick bottom. For cooking use vegetable oil TM "generous gift".

Make the syrup. In a saucepan, mix fresh orange juice and 100g sugar. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes until thick.

In oranges cut "booties", and then cut the peel, so that left only the orange pulp without peel and white veins.

In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp of orange syrup, cream, powdered sugar and zest.

Cool a little in fridge, then beat into a soft mousse in a mixer.
