Description
The name of the dish comes from England. Really who, and the British know a lot about puddings. When it is not cooked, and baked a couple, and stale bread, and fruit, and vanilla, and even wine. I offer You a recipe of rice pudding, or rather of rice cereal. It turned out, even unexpectedly, delicious, and with caramel sauce... Very tender and airy. In a word, delicious and again delicious!

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Two cups (which can be used in the microwave) butter. Half rice flakes grind in a coffee grinder into flour.
Mix remaining cereal with rice flour, just flour, a pinch of salt. Pour hot cream or milk. Stir and heat in the microwave for 40-50 seconds. Add butter.
Whip the egg whites with vanilla sugar until peaks (not very dense). Mash the yolks with 1 tbsp sugar.
Stir the yolks into the rice mixture.
Carefully, with a spatula, fold in the whites.
Pour the mixture on the cups. Put them in a large container and pour hot water to the middle Cup. Put in the oven for 35-45 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from molds.
Cook the sauce: 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp lemon juice heat on medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and Golden brown color.
Pour in the warm cream, stirring well, bring to a boil. Cool. The thickness of the sauce can be adjusted according to your taste, than add more cream, the thinner it will be. Prepared pudding, place on a platter, pour the sauce and garnish with berries.
