Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Green tea

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Sift the flour with the baking powder, corn starch, matcha green tea.

Separate the yolks from the whites, the whites put into the refrigerator.

Warm butter beat with a mixer with the brown sugar until fluffy, whisk for 5-7 minutes, enter the yolks, continuing to mix.
