Description

Cream of avocado
Surprisingly gentle, sweet cream, with subtle notes of banana and strawberries. Can be used as a standalone dessert or as a filler for baskets and as a cream for cakes. Recipe peeped Makarevich, but with my small change.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cut avocado lengthwise and turning, divided into two halves. Remove the bone. Take out the pulp. Remove the lemon zest with a fine grater. Ideally, there should be lime, but its nowhere to be found.

Chop the flesh of the avocado and place in blender. Add juice of lemon or lime, sugar, sour cream and zest. Mix in processor until smooth.

Spread the cream into glasses, decorate the top with the sour cream, zest, you can sprinkle with walnuts. Cool, and you can feast on. Can be used as a standalone dessert and as the cream for baking. Key lime is a more delicate flavor.
