Carrots cleaned, washed, put in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil.

Spread on carrot slices of orange and strips of bacon. Sprinkle the dish with herbs. Cover with foil or a lid and put to bake. For a few minutes until cooked open the lid and to pierce the oranges with a fork.

Cooking time depends on the carrots :) I really like baked orange peel. Yum-yum. Help yourself :)
