Cooking
Cut the fillet into pieces. Salt, pepper to taste.
Mix the cheese, fillets and add to the eggs.
Add the onions. You can just finely chop. I rubbed on a grater.
All mix well. Then put the frying pan to heat up. Blend with a spoon and spread to make a type of meatballs. Close the lid and fry on slow fire until Golden brown. Bon appetit!!! P. S. On the photos I have all the ingredients on half portions (decided to try it). I added cheese instead of 2 sausages. Very good work!!!
