Description
Delicate pink salmon steak stuffed with cocktail shrimp, oven baked, served with cream-caviar sauce. Dish for a romantic dinner, you shouldn't indulge it every day. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Lill called "Salmon in a creamy caviar sauce", and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". _________________

Cooking
Salmon fillet divided into steaks. The shrimp I had cleaned, I filled with hot water and immediately the water is drained. The most difficult thing about this cooking - lard steaks shrimp.
First it was hard for me to do.
And the last - I was already a professional. The holes for the shrimp I made a knife for cutting fruit. On the edge of the shrimp is fully immersed in a steak.
Here you can see that the shrimp are almost completely in the steak. Every steak wrap in foil and 15 minutes to put in an already hot oven.
Products for cooking sauces.
Now we will prepare sauce. In the original recipe cream bring to a boil, and then add the dry white wine. I did the opposite. The wine was boiled on slow heat for 10 minutes, so that it evaporated all the unpleasant flavors. Then added the cream to the wine and stirring to prevent them from burning for 15 minutes. There laid the eggs, salt and bring to a boil. In the original recipe, added black pepper (I didn't put, didn't want to ruin the taste). When the sauce was ready, I put a small peel from the lime, wait 5 minutes, for a pleasant taste.
Steaks cooked. Here you can see the pieces of white coating is a protein separated from the fish. It is possible to remove or leave, there is no difference, because the sauce is not visible. If the sauce will be served separately, then the better protein is carefully removed.
Serve the steaks you put on lettuce leaves.
I cooked fish for lunch, so I prepared a side dish. Puree with vegetable broth.
ALL a pleasant appetite!!!
