Lasagna is an Italian dish, but is cooked not only in Italy but also around the world. So this recipe came to me from Chicago. And immediately captivated me with its simplicity, and then taste. And one more important detail is that in this recipe it is not necessary to pre-boil the sheets of lasagna. The products required.
In minced meat add salt and pepper to taste, and fry (without oil) for about 10 minutes.
Then in the fried meat add the tomato sauce and a glass of water. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix all the ricotta cheese, 1/2 Cup mozzarella and 1/4 Cup Parmesan. Separately beat the egg and add to cheese mixture, mix well.
On the bottom of the form (I used the form 22,5х32 5 cm) pour a little tomato-meat sauce so that the bottom was covered with them. On top lay sheets of lasagna, then 1/3 of the egg-cheese mass. Again to repeat: tomato meat sauce, lasagne, egg and cheese mass, and the last time a tomato and meat sauce, lasagne, egg and cheese mass.
Mix leftover cheese: 1/2 Cup mozzarella and 1/4 Cup Parmesan. Sprinkle the top layer of lasagna with the mixture.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180*C or 350*F for 45 minutes, then remove foil and continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
Delicious, hearty, and quite easy!
