Cooking
Pour into the pan bulgur, add 1 tbsp of salt and three times washed with boiling water.
Add the butter and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat. Then add 2 tbsp. boiling water, add salt to taste, stir, cover and put on very small fire for 25-30 minutes.
After 25-30 minutes, open the lid, look: if there is no water, our bulgur is ready. Next, put a towel, cover with a lid and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
