No, it's not a mistake! So called this dish my friends who likes it very much. Just fish... with raisins! This recipe I once read in an old tear-off calendar, melting them in the oven at the cottage. After some time, suddenly remembered an idea, I tried to cook. And now cook often.

Ingredients

  • Raisins

  • Lemon juice

  • Dry white wine

To prepare foods and spices: thaw the fish, wash and chop onion, wash and dry raisins, a squeeze of lemon. Fish I have dry-frozen, quickly thawed, and almost no water.
