Cooking
Pork cut into portions, lightly beat off. Salt, pepper, season with nutmeg.
Mushrooms cut into thin slices, onion thin half-rings. Fry in vegetable oil. Protiven grease with vegetable oil, put the chops. On each piece of meat spread a few spoonfuls of the mushroom mixture.
Pear peel and seeds. Cut into thin wedges and spread on the meat (on top of the mushroom mixture). Put the chops in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
To get chops out of the oven, sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven for another 3-4 minutes so the cheese melted. Bon appetit!!!
