Salmon baked in parchment
Salmon en papillote. The fish in the parchment bag, steamed in its own juice, it turns out very tender and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    3 piece

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Thinly slice the lemon.

Take parchment paper, you can use foil. Put on parchment a piece of salmon, salt, pepper.

Pour lemon juice and sprinkle with dill. On top put the slices of lemon and capers.

Tightly wrap the salmon in parchment and put on baking sheet. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180-200*, for 12-15 minutes.
