Chicken fillet grind with onion
Add in the minced meat mayonnaise, salt and spices. Refrigerate for two hours. Cut tomato in small cubes. To get the minced meat, add the starch.
To form meatballs, put inside each tomato. Roll them once in egg and in breadcrumbs.
Patties fry until brown in vegetable oil in a frying pan for two minutes on each side. Put in a bowl in which you will bake in the oven. Mix sour cream and cream cheese, to spread on top of the cutlets.
