Cake
I wanted to make a sweet pie for dessert, and it came out like a fruit cake.

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Jelly

  • Grapes

  • Black currants

Make pie crust according to Your original recipe. I do this: beat 1 egg with sugar until white, add sour cream, mix, add the starch and soda, stir. Add flour to the dough as a thick homemade sour cream. For this recipe the cake always turns out fluffy and soft.

This time I poured in the shape half of the dough spread the berries of grapes in a circle and poured the remaining dough. Bake in a hot oven for 20 mins allow to cool and cut in half. Soak strawberry syrup diluted with water.

Yogurt whipped with sugar, cheese and add the softened gelatine. Strawberries cut into 4-8 pieces and pour in the yogurt, mix well. Put in the refrigerator so that the cream started to harden.
