Chicken liver with pomegranate sauce
Love chicken liver as much as I do? Then treat yourself to a dish, the preparation of which will take minimum time, but it will take a lot of pleasure. Tender chicken liver with sweet and sour pomegranate sauce... It's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

  • Garnet

Cooking

Onion cut into quarters rings, fry in vegetable oil.

Liver wash, dry, cut into equal pieces and fry together with the onion over high heat for several minutes.

When the liver is almost ready, add the pomegranate sauce "Narsharab", salt, pepper, add spices (oregano and Basil) and stir. At the end pour the cognac, continuing to fry the liver, give the alcohol to evaporate to leave only the flavor.

Almonds chop with a knife, not too finely.

Serve the liver with your favourite side dish (I served with mashed potatoes), sprinkle with almonds and garnish with cranberries or pomegranate. Bon appetit!
