Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Gelatin

  • Spices

Our fish clean, wash, cut along the belly, remove bones. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with dry gelatin.

Carrots cut into thin strips, onion half-rings. Fry until soft. Boil eggs, cut into slices. Spread roasted carrots with onions,

On top of the sliced eggs.

Fold, giving the appearance of fish, and bake in the oven until tender – 30-40 minutes.

Take out, let cool and put in fridge overnight. In the morning take it out and cut into pieces. A pleasant appetite!
