Brown rice with celery and mushrooms
Summer is coming, and after the holidays you really really want to lose weight.. Satisfying, but not much deposited on the waist dish.

Ingredients

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Ginger

  • Greens

Cooking

Garlic to chop coarsely. Fry in olive oil, until the smell.

Add celery (root), cut into strips. Fry for 3 minutes.

Add the onion, cut into strips. Fry a couple of minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms. Fry until discharge from the mushroom liquid.

Add the chopped celery. Stir.

Add rice.

Pour the broth or water. Salt, pepper, add ginger to taste.

Cover with a lid, waiting for when the liquid comes to a boil and remove the heat to low. Cook without opening the lid for 40 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with herbs.
