Potatoes boiled in their jackets, peel and mash kartoffelsalat.
In a saucepan, knead the dough from flour, yeast (diluted in warm water with 0.5 tsp sugar), mashed potatoes and salt. The dough cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. I have the dough was kneading bread.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Grind onions and fry in vegetable oil. Add to the pan the bacon (bacon), fry for 5 minutes. (I put it in the stuffing "bored" in the fridge for a sausage).
Then add 100 ml of red dry wine.
Spread on a pan prepared chanterelles, salt, pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. (I added dill).
The dough is ready? Table pagpalit flour, punch down the dough and roll into a circle approximately with a diameter of 25 cm and a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Put the dough into the prepared baking pan, forming boards.
With a slotted spoon and spread our stuffing. The edges of the dough gently to press your fingers to the stuffing. Put the form in a preheated 180*the oven for around 30-40 minutes.
Then open the oven and sprinkle the pie with cheese. Let it sit in the oven for another 5 minutes.
You get this wonderful, very tasty and flavorful cake!
