Buns with berry filling
In this recipe I combined two separate. The result is like my family. And I present it to you.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4.5 cup

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Fruit puree

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 piece

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and set aside. Separate the yolks from the whites and mix with the icing sugar and zest.

To egg mixture add yeast and warm milk.

Gradually adding the flour knead a soft, elastic dough. Add the melted and slightly cooled butter.

Again to knead well. The dough cover and leave in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours.

Meanwhile, prepare a filling. Proteins need a little beat up.

In berry puree (I have strawberry + Irga), add the chopped lemon and starch. Mix with proteins, add sugar and melted butter. Put the mixture in a water bath.

Stirring constantly bring to a thick and cool.

So the dough came.

Pinching off from the dough small pieces, roll them in tortillas (or knead by hand, this is easily done), put a bit of filling.

Close up the edges and roll into a ball.

I also made a few muffins without filling.

Rolls spread on a greased baking sheet and send in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake until done (focus on your oven, it took me 45 min.)
