Cooking
Throws the meat in salted boiling water (2.5 liters), remove the scum and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Rinse the pearl barley thoroughly and add to broth to meat.
While cooking barley with meat, prepare the vegetables.
Carrots three on a coarse grater.
Onions cut in small cubes.
Fry in vegetable oil carrots and onions (5 minutes). Add the cabbage and fry for another 10 -15 minutes.
Cut tomato into small cubes and spread to the cabbage. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Potatoes cut into cubes. Take out meat from broth. The meat is cut into cubes and then add each to a plate. Into the broth put the potatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add the broth fried onions, carrots, cabbage and tomato.
Finely chop pickles. Add them to the soup. Don't forget to throw in a Bay leaf, pepper. In the finished soup can be crumbled herbs to taste. Pour soup on plates, put sour cream and eat. BON APPETIT!
