Bird cherry flour for our region - a gimmick. But a year ago, seeing a recipe using this ingredient, I'm just envious sigh, now, on the contrary, purposefully searching for where to apply the product. In most recipes that I have met, it is proposed the ratio of cherry and wheat flour as 1:4. I also liked option 1:5 - he included in the ingredients. But I am always for experiments and a variety of flavours - find your ideal proportion!
Softened butter to mix with sugar and sour cream. In the resulting mass add both kinds of flour with salt. Mix it all together. When mixing the used 150 gr. cream, but in the end wanted to add 3 more tbsp. of baking soda.
To form dough balls, place them on a baking sheet (parchment optional).
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
