In the past centuries in the West Georgia farmers were baked such are the unleavened bread. Life was not easy and the choice in food was not special. Baked them in the oven or on the stove in an earthenware dishes called ketsi. I am with my diet (trying to eat right) instead of bread sometimes indulge yourself with these delicious crispy flatbread with cheese :)) I vzala a few lumps of corn sifted flour and kneaded the dough on the water dough when making scones must be of such consistency so as not to break stuck little tortillas, and on very low heat (so thoroughly) has propecla them in a pan on both sides with covered lid. You can, of course, in the oven, but due to a couple of pieces I did not :)))
then I did the cuts and put inside the cheese (while hot cakes), it will melt slightly and...... Delicious :) I Have a similar recipe, but the recipe has been fried in vegetable oil. BON APPETIT!!!
