Apricot pie with poppy seeds and icing
Simple! Tea fits almost perfect :-)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Mac

  • Starch

  • Flour

  • Glaze

    1 pack

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Apricot

Cooking

Beat the sugar with eggs and cream, add the condensed milk, butter, flour mixed with slaked soda, and knead with your hands a gentle dough.

Divided into two parts: 1/3 and 2/3 of the one that is a little more, roll out with a rolling pin and spread on a baking pan, making edges. Sprinkle with starch.

Take separated on the sieve canned apricots...

...and gently spread on the dough. Very advise everyone to add nuts, but I didn't :-(

Lightly covered with starch.

A smaller part of the dough roll out with a rolling pin, sprinkle with poppy seeds and lightly press the poppy seeds with a rolling pin. Cut to ribbons...

...and spread, forming the top of the future pie.

Bake in the oven...

...fill with frosting protein. I had purchase, but you can prepare yourself by mixing protein and sugar. Put in oven to dry the icing for 5-7 minutes at low heat. Watch!

Shook the computer like a piggy Bank, but I lost the photo of the pie "in all growth". Take our word for it - it was a success! Better to eat it immediately, but let cool. To the surprise of my homemade pie was better the next day. Bon appetit!!!
