Description

Yorkshire puddings with whipped cream
In General, these puddings are prepared with grilled meat, filled a Cup that looks like a Twinkie, ham or grated cheese. Bake puddings in a round pan or form, and can be in small tins for muffins or cupcakes, it turns out to be a Breakfast set. Here in my head and had to bake a little "puddings-brownies" and fill them with the whipped cream. Oh, but the small molds I have, and I came up with this.... Interested? Run to the light!

Cooking

step-0
If you want to bake a pudding with savoury filling, put less sugar and avoid vanilla. So, let's start: in the milk to dissolve the sugar and salt. Beat with a whisk the eggs, add 1/2 Cup milk, flour and vanilla. Again to beat. Then pour the remaining milk, and beat with a whisk for another 5 minutes. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
step-1
All the missing molds for muffintop decided the usual small glasses, i.e. glasses for alcohol. I gathered together all the old "Bohemian glass", however, were the cups are all different shapes, so it did not prevent me. Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees, in cups pour incomplete a teaspoon of vegetable oil (one recipe I, fool, put the butter, don't - burn capital), put on 5 minute form, or stacked in a hot oven (oil and molds must be hot), then quickly pour the batter over the cups to 1/2 of the height and bake.
step-2
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200-220 degrees. The oven before the end of baking, do not open, and the pudding settles. These are the "nuclear explosions" :-D I did.
step-3
The puddings out of the cups, cool.
step-4
For the cream whip cream with icing sugar, add the cherry syrup, mix well.
step-5
To fill the "cap" cream and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Help yourself to Yorkshire puddings, prepared here in such an unusual way!
step-6
Enjoy your drink!
