Two options. Kind time all! These cookies I'm doing for a long time, ever since, when sitting on a diet by Pierre Ducane. Try it, maybe You will like it. Moreover, doing it very, very simple. I offer two options.

Ingredients

For the first option we will need: 85 g oat bran 30 g of corn starch, 3 eggs and salt to taste. Take bran.

Go to the second option, more budget. Because (I concluded) that bran become very expensive. And not to try to buy cereal? They are cheaper. And what happens if you add yeast? So, the option of cereal (take Sun) and yeast. Flakes large, so they need to grind. I did it with the grinder. Mix: ground cereal, eggs, starch and salt. The taste did not notice a difference in the result. Mixed, cover and go to the yeast. Take 1 tsp of yeast (I had red Saff-time), 1 tsp sugar, zalivaem 2 tbsp of warm water. Allow the yeast to foam.
