Polish soup with mushrooms
This recipe brought one of my friends from Poland. I don't know exactly, but I believe that this is a true Polish recipe, as still not met counterparts.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Pasta

    2 handful

Here is a set of products.

In a saucepan, add water, bring it to a boil and put chicken fillet. Can Dougie part of the chicken, I took the thighs. With a slotted spoon remove the foam and cook until the chicken is cooked – about 20 min. take out the Chicken from the broth, and the pan topped up with water.

Mushrooms cut into thin slices, carrots and onions in small cubes,

Put all into the boiling broth, add the tomato, salt, pepper to taste, cook until vegetables are tender.

Chicken fillet dismantle the fibers, put them into the soup along with the pasta, cook another couple of minutes and switch off

You can sprinkle herbs to taste, I love parsley. Bon appetit.
