Chicken breast in a mushroom cap
It turns out very tasty and tender chicken with garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    600 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    300 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

Mode slices mushrooms.

Finely chop the dill

To prepare garlic sauce: Peel and crush the garlic. Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Mushrooms spread on a baking sheet and brush with half of the prepared garlic sauce.

Lay the breast on the mushrooms and brush with remaining sauce. On top lay the mushrooms.Cover with foil and bake 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
