Cooking
Pork cut into pieces approximately 5cm x 3cm x 5-8mm, and marinate in Apple cider vinegar with oil . Add black pepper and salt. Leave in the marinade for about two hours , can be more.
Onion cut into half rings and lightly fry. Add meat and marinade, sliced apples and plums, cover simmer over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fruit will give the juice. Then add the bell pepper , cut into strips and chili pepper + grated ginger. Simmer until cooked another 15-20 minutes.
For a side dish you can serve boiled rice. Bon appetit!
