Chops from the calf heart
I wanted the chops!!! Well, very much wanted!!! And beef heart, I decided to try it in this version..

Ingredients

  • Heart

    1 kg

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    600 g

  • Fat

Take the pieces of my heart cut into pieces and thinly repulsed. The shell of the heart is better to remove otherwise it will pull the meat. Chop or grate the onion and chop the garlic press for garlic.

Grate the pieces of my heart thickly with this mixture. Salt, pepper and other seasonings, mix with onion and garlic.. to lay down our hearts in a bowl cover with a plate and leave overnight ( in the fridge you can not remove)

Fry chops in hot fat or oil over medium heat until Browning and flip to the other side. Do not make a strong fire, otherwise, our chops are not cooked through inside. It is better to try the first portion if meat is cooked enough on the inside to lower the heat. Exactly what we kept the heart of the night in a mixture of onions and garlic will make it soft and Browning should be enough to bring the heart until tender.

So was the cut! Don't know the photo is not very good to see, but our steak was well cooked! The meat is soft and juicy and not immediately guess what it is made of chops.
