Shrimp with zucchini in sweet and sour pineapple sauce
Once cooked for dinner, quite tasty Goodies. I have long wanted to experiment in frying shrimps, but somehow it was a bit scary - it seems to cook them right, but then I read a few recipes and decided to whip up something similar, but with exclusive delights, based on the contents of the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Take zucchini

Cut it twice lengthwise, and then crosswise into small pieces. Lightly fry on the pan.

Then the frying pan throw not thawed shrimp. Ideally, only the Royal. But because Royal was not enough, were added and small though, better to do without them - the taste is slightly ruining it. Cover and to extinguish in own juice and the juice from the zucchini.

Season with salt and pepper, you can add seasonings to chicken broth instead of salt. Add all sorts of sauces - from me this time lay the soul to the lemon and sweet and sour. But many still recommend to do with garlic and garlic sauce with pepper. I think this option I'll try next time.
