Strawberry yoghurt ice cream
What could be nicer and more useful to the upcoming heat wave (and we promise the week of 29) homemade ice cream? Offer ice cream-based strawberry yogurt prepared with starter cultures TM Oursson.

Ingredients

  • Water

    850 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Briar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla pod

    0.5 piece

  • Strawberry

    1.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

First make the yogurt made from dry mixes for strawberry yogurt Oigo and water. To do this in a special container pour 850 ml of room temperature water and add the sachet of dry mix to yogurt. Stir well (you can even close the lid and shake a little), to avoid lumps. In yogurt maker-thermos, pour boiling water to the desired level and put the capsule with the mixture in the yogurt maker. Close the lid and remove for 6-8 hours in a warm place.

I cooked the night before. In the morning, got the capsule, cooled to room temperature and put into the refrigerator to cool. It turns out very tasty, neshaminy in terms of making yogurt.

Mix the milk and honey, heated to a temperature of 80-90 degrees, do not boil. Add berries rose hips (I had dried) and half the contents of the vanilla pod. Cover with a lid and leave to languish on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, 2/3 of the strawberries to break the blender. In this recipe you can use both fresh and frozen berries. I was frozen, I pre-thawed, in a blender, punched together with the resulting syrup.

Milk mixture drain through a sieve, cool slightly.

Mix with berry puree. The remaining strawberries cut into small pieces and add to the mixture. Mix well.

Add the strawberry yoghurt.

Pour it into moulds. First, chill in refrigerator, then place in the freezer.
