Cooking
Melt the margarine.
Add 0.5 tsp. soda (extinguish vinegar) and add 2 eggs.
Knead the dough, but not too cool.
The resulting divide dough into 15 equal pieces and put in the cold for 20 minutes.
After cooling, roll out the dough "elongated rectangle" and on the edge put the jam.
Gently roll into thin rolls.
Bake in two passes, in the preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Bake, allow to cool, and do all the cooking cream and chocolate glaze.
Cream: In a container of whipping cream pour the condensed milk
Add the pieces of butter.
Beat with a mixer and monitor the texture, so the oil is not whipped lumps.
Next, prepare the chocolate icing: First melt the sugar in milk.
Into a homogeneous mass, adding cocoa. On slow fire bring on the boil and, stirring constantly, boil for 2-3 minutes.
Collect the cake: five (5) of the cooled tubes spread on a dish (or tray).
Plentifully grease with their cream.
Top have 4 (four) tubes and again grease with the cream.
Then 3 (three) tubes lubricated with the cream.
2 (two) beads and the cream.
From above to lay 1 (one) tube and everything well lubricated with cream.
Fill the cake with icing. Chocolate icing, draining, melt the cream. We carefully tablespoon, as if picking up the frosting, again and again fill "the roof". So the pattern of light scales.
In the process of pouring the glaze you will notice how it hardens quickly. So you need to do everything as quickly as possible but also carefully :)
The resulting cake put in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Bon appetit!!
