I think that each family has its signature bread recipe. My quick and simple and always successful. Maybe someone will like it and diversifies the menu .

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    0.5 pack

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

Cooking

soak the yeast in warm water, add sugar.

when it begins to foam, add the olive oil, salt, herbs, flour.

Add the flour until until the dough will not lag behind hands.
