Once took a girlfriend a book of recipes for the bread machine of another company. My attention was drawn to this recipe. Slightly changed it for my bread machine and it created this wonderful bread. Try it!!!

Cooking
Take dry mushrooms and grind in a blender. My mushrooms were like this.
All the ingredients in the order you put in the bowl of hlebopechki. Select a mode for baking rye bread. I have this mode called "Russian chef", baking time of 3 hours and 40 minutes. Set the crust color as desired. The weight of this bread 900 g.
