Vacationing family in the countryside. Caught lake perch and smoked. The fish is just class!

Ingredients

  • Perch

    4 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Clean the fish (the scales are not removed) and pan. Salt, pepper, seasoning mix and RUB fish. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Prosolilos and properchennoe fish to put on the grill and fry for 5 minutes, the scales are a little burnt ( will then be easier to do). Then both sides pour vegetable oil to get a Golden color. Bon appetit!
