Cooking
Fry in vegetable oil chopped chicken. To whitening meat. strongly fry do not. salt, sprinkle with pepper.
Cook in boiling salted water cauliflower ( about 5min.). When cooked, drain the water and season with butter.
Frozen mushrooms melt in a pan without oil, when the water is evaporated, add a piece of butter, chopped quarter of onion rings and sprinkle with Basil. fry until Golden brown. salt a bit.
Whisk the eggs with cream (better to use a blender). Grease the dish for baking butter and put layers: - cauliflower (dismantled into small pieces) - chicken fillet - mushrooms with onions - pour the eggs and cream - sprinkle with green pepper slices - sprinkle with grated on a fine grater cheese. Put preheated oven for 25-30 min.
