Vanilla pods cut in half and with a knife to separate vanilla seeds.
To make the marinade: lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, dry white wine, olive oil, vanilla pods, vanilla seeds - mix
pork marinate in this marinade for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
Pork pepper and salt, sprinkle poppy seeds and put in a fireproof dish, add the onion (in 2 parts), pour the marinade and roast in preheated oven (200°C) for 1-1,5 hours, turning occasionally and adding liquid (if needed).
10 minutes until cooked add the tomatoes (in 2 parts). Prepared pork cut into thin slices and serve with sauce from frying.
