Medallions with pineapple
So I decided today to sit behind a computer and not much to bother with cooking... I did... But my hungry man made some adjustments.. He cooked the meat and really wanted on the burgers... you know.. what will come out when cooked without inspiration))) And I made quickly for me, but turned out very delicious... my Man is satisfied...

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Add minced minced onion, egg, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. all is well vymeshivayut and do.. (in my case the Bank was 10 clubs, pineapple) 10 fritters of minced meat... everyone put on a baking tray and spread the pineapple on top... In the middle of the pineapple add the mayonnaise and put in the oven for 15 minutes..

After 15 minutes, sprinkle each medallion with cheese and put in the oven for another 15 minutes. I don't like crispy cheese sprinkled on.. so later... the Temperature in the oven 180 - 200 degrees.. Very delicious and fast..
