Cheese tarts with berry filling
Wonderful delicate cheesecake with a nice cheese flavor and a fruity acidity)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Berry

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the ingredients)

Cottage cheese mixed with vanilla sugar, butter, condensed milk and sour cream until smooth.

Add the sifted flour, knead elastic dough, if sticky, put on for 5-10 minutes in the cold.

Divide the dough into 8 parts. Coat the baking pan with paper, grease with vegetable oil and to the formed cheesecake.

Rinse the berries, sprinkle with semolina and sugar.

Dump cheesecake, slightly pulling the edges of the dough. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.

To get, test with a toothpick or wooden stick at the ready, allow to cool, store in the fridge.
