Cooking
Required for cookie ingredients.
Just take the raisins, pour boiling water and leave for a while.
Soft butter, sugar and egg mix with a mixer for 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous, smooth mass.
With the lemon halves carefully remove the peel, press out the juice and add to the oil weight.
Drain raisins from water, allow it to dry on a paper towel, then add to the butter mix.
In a separate bowl combine the two kinds of flour – wheat and corn, the baking powder and salt. Mix well.
In the oil mixture begin to pour the flour and mix well until the dough becomes smooth and manageable.
Roll the dough into a ball and leave to rest under a cloth for 1 hour.
The dough rested. Osipyan a piece from it and roll a small ball (approximately 3 to 4 cm). On the laid parchment baking sheet spread the balls so that between them there is a place for growth.
With your fingers or a fork, whatever you like, lightly press. Put to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until Golden brown (my cookies were baked 20 minutes). Let it cool down completely.
Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and you can leave as is!
