beat eggs with sugar until white,add the juice and beat on low speed,pour half of the flour and beat again,then add half of the milk and also beat,again the flour with the zest,whisk the milk+butter and salt,mix well. bake in a hot pan,the pan can not be lubricated,pancakes and so well remain. ready pancakes spread on a dish and grease with butter or cream,stuffing fruit turn,pour cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
