Custard filled donuts
Light and airy cheese and tomato donuts from delicate choux pastry with cream cheese - quick, tasty and unusual!

Ingredients

  • Water

    115 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream cheese

  • Sausage

Cooking

In a saucepan pour water, add oil and boil. Add the flour and mix well to avoid lumps. Set aside to cooled.

Add tomato sauce and stir.

Now add the grated cheese and mix well. Set aside for 30 minutes.

In a pan heat oil. Using a tablespoon or pastry bag to put the donuts in the frying pan with hot oil. Fry from both sides on medium heat until tender.

Pass on paper towels to glass the excess oil. Cut not to end in half, fill with cream cheese and put a slice of salami or cold cuts. That's all!!! BON APPETIT!!!
