Description
Lazy vareniki is like a child. The recipe is again taken from my favorite book of Irene Roytenberg "Baby lunch" (though she provided the recipe with the orange, I also did a lemon). The kids love it. Mine don't particularly like cheese, but citrus zest is doing its job - the taste is perfect!

Cooking
The orange and lemon thoroughly washed. Erased zest. Orange turned 2 teaspoon lemon 1,5.
From the pulp squeeze the juice. You will need it for the sauce.
As the dumplings do two flavors in two bowls mix (per bowl!): cheese, egg, sugar 3 tbsp, a pinch of salt, zest and flour. I have flour left about 8 tablespoons.
Roll the dough layer with a thickness of about 0.5 cm Mold cookie cutter "star" cut out the dumplings. Then plug imagination! the dumplings can be of various shapes, depending on what you have. If these or similar molds no, you can just cut the tube from the juice (after thoroughly washing it)
Cook in boiling salted water, resulting in "stars". Once the dumplings float, with slotted spoon put on the plate.
Now the sauce (number of products at once). The sauce also will have two options. Mix 1 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar, add orange, 1 tablespoon juice, lemon 1 teaspoon. Mix well. The sauce is quite liquid.
Lemon stars. I love dumplings and top with the sauce. Children in a bowl pour the sauce and as the flakes (Breakfast cereals) lay out the dumplings and eat with pleasure.
