Cooking
Pear peel, but leave the tails and pour some alcohol (I have a cherry brandy).
Heat the oven to 180 C. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla. Sift the flour with salt and baking powder, gradually mix with the eggs. Remnants of alcohol is poured into the dough )if it were many, then pour 2-3 tsp.) Next, look at the size of the form: if you have a form wide enough (I have 24 cm) pear cut across in half, the bottom half is cut into slices. If the form is up to 20 cm, then put the whole pears – they'll run with test.
Form grease with butter and sprinkle with a little flour. Pour the batter and pressed it inside of a pear (sliced wedges distributed on the surface somehow). Bake until Golden brown 25-30 minutes.
PS. Pears is better to take not too soft - will spread, but not hard - do not get baked.
