Cooking
To prepare this dessert, I used rice cultivar "Italica" from TM "Mistral". So a pot with a thick bottom put on fire and boil 1.5 liters of water. The pre-washed rice and pour in boiling water. Cook on a medium heat until tender, stirring often so rice does not stick.
In the finished porridge add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 70 g of liquid honey (it is better that the honey was dark and flavorful, if it's not, you can use any). If You're a fan of sweet, amount of sugar and honey can be increased.
Then add freshly ground black pepper – teaspoon (tell you a secret, sometimes it is added to 1 tbsp. spoon), thoroughly mix all, cover with a lid and tormented on the lowest heat for 5-10 minutes.
The prepared mold (molds) thoroughly grease with butter and spread hot rice mass. Flatten with a spoon and refrigerated, then put in the cold for 2 hours.
If You were cooking dessert in great shape, before serving, cut it into diamonds... If cooked portions, extracted from the mold and served with fruit and honey.
