Description
Oat biscuit with Apple is cooked without oil. The batter recipe is not sweet, and the Apple tart, that's what I liked. If you want more sweetness, then add to the dough 2 tablespoons sugar.

Oat bran is a storehouse of vitamins and minerals. Oat bran can be used in both diets. And this is just what we need!
Bran sent to the shredder. Pour into a bowl, add the flour. (If you want the dough was sweet, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar)
Then, add soft (skimmed) cheese. Mix into crumbs.
Add the yogurt (for a bit).
Knead the dough (the dough is quite pliable and does not stick to hands). Then, cover with foil or put in a bag and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling: apples are cleaned, cut in pieces, sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of starch (to remove excess fluid and to keep the shape of Apple), stir.
Roll out the dough with a width of about 0.3 cm, directly on the parchment or silicone Mat. Closer to the center, spread the jam and apples, leaving room for the bends. Approximately 4-5cm.
And put it into the preheated oven to 180C degrees. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until browned dough:
