Braised cabbage
Here I want to offer you my version of this wonderful, delicious and flavorful braised cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Cabbage

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Meat should be cut into not large cubes. Fry in vegetable oil until tender. If the meat is not soft, you can add a little water and to extinguish. Now you need to grate carrots or cut into strips. The onion we shall cut small cubes. Onions and carrots we put the meat and a little bit of everything it needs to put out a (lightly fried).

The cabbage should be cut into strips and season with a little salt. This is to ensure that cabbage gave juice.

Spread the cabbage in the pan. And gently mix everything together.

Now you need to chop the tomatoes. They need to be cut into small cubes and send it to the pan. And simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Now add the chopped pepper strips and leave it all on the stove for another 5 minutes. At the very end add salt to taste and pepper. The cabbage cover with a lid and leave on the stove for 2 minutes.
