Ingredients

  • Cod

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

  • Spices

Cooking

Any fresh or frozen fish is clean, washed, cut into portions.

In flour or bread crumbs add salt and spices for fish.

Coat the fish in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil until tender. Spread on a plate.

In the same pan saute onion, then add tomato paste or tomatoes, Bay leaf, sugar, pepper and salt to taste. You can add a little hot water. Put it out for 5 minutes.

Fried fish pour tomato sauce and put in oven or simmer on the stove for 10 more minutes. The fish is ready! Bon appetit!
